Video Submission Guidelines:

By submitting a video, you give Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Kappa Omega Omega Chapter & Bakersfield Ivy Legacy Foundation Inc. permission to share, reproduce, or exhibit the video without restriction, and without notification or compensation.

You must obtain or own all the necessary rights, including music rights, consents, authorizations, and licenses for any and all copyright protected material included in your video. You must also obtain or own permission to use the image, likeness, or audio recording of any individual appearing in your video.

We reserve the right to reject any video that violates these submission guidelines. Money will not be refunded under any circumstance.

Formats: MOV, MP4 and AVI only. 1080p and up. HD preferred.

Personal Video Submission Guidelines

· 30 seconds maximum

· No music

· One video per ad

· No racist, sexist, or other offensive remarks

· No nudity or sexual content

· No promotion of drug use, underage drinking, or other illegal behavior

· No profanity, hate speech or violence, slanderous or libelous claims or any other unlawful offenses

· Must not infringe on any publicity, privacy, or intellectual property rights.

· No tik-tok/IG/Snapchat videos or other social media trends

· English Language unless approved by the committee
