Purchases for Miss Fashionetta 2022 Committees
To keep our records ready for tax purposes, committees are expected to abide by the following procedures:

· The Foundation pays a vendor (store) directly.  This means that purchases should be paid with a check directly to the vendor from the Foundation instead of the soror paying and then being reimbursed.

· Vendor's W9 must be on file with the Foundation (The finance committee can provide a blank one)

· Shop online. This way we can set up a Foundation account with the vendor -log in and add the items to the cart - then once approved the purchase can be made using the Foundation Debit Card.

· All purchases, whether online or directly to the vendor must have a Completed Voucher.  Submit the completed voucher to the General Chair for approval.  No payments will be made from the Foundation without a completed voucher.  Do not make purchases in advance of receiving written approval from the General Chair.

· Complete the Voucher info below

• Once the voucher is submitted you will be emailed with approval (or questions).

• Contact the General Chair or Foundation Treasurer if a more immediate response is needed.
