Participation in the Miss Fashionetta Scholarship Program is open to female high school students of high ethical standards and moral character; with a minimum cumulative college-prep GPA of 2.5; with demonstrated involvement in school, church or community activities; unmarried, not pregnant or parenting; and willing to commit the time and dedication necessary to have a successful experience.
