Donations to this scholarship will be awarded to a graduating high school senior that submits a completed application for the Annual African American Graduation Awards Program and indicates an interest to study arts or music.

This scholarship is open to all graduating seniors from a school in the Kern High School District. The applicant is required to submit a creative writing essay, be a Bakersfield resident, and plan to pursue a career in English, creative writing, or education.

This scholarship is open to graduating high school seniors or college freshmen and sophomores majoring in Organizational Leadership and/or a STEM/STEAM discipline.

Donations to this scholarship will be awarded to a graduating high school senior that submits a completed application for the Annual African American Graduation Awards Program and indicates: at least 4.0 grade point average; actively involved in community service activities; leadership in school activities and organizations; dependability; good citizenship.
