Read MoreOn December 10, 1965, Wilma Dean Rucker Davis was initiated into Phi Chapter on the campus of Wiley College located in Marshall, Texas. In 1984, Wilma was a Charter Member of Omicron Mu Omega Chapter located in Dallas Texas. After relocating to Bakersfield, California, Wilma transferred into Kappa Omega Omega Chapter. Wilma's sister, Jeanette Rucker Fulton was one of the Chartering Members of Kappa Omega Omega.
